International Shipping

Ilium Works is happy to ship products to international destinations. Please email us at sales@iliumworks.com to request an international shipping quote prior to ordering.

Shipping quote amounts include shipping and handling fees only. Any insurance, taxes, duties, or other fees related to importing into and delivering within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the recipient. Ilium Works is not responsible if your package does not arrive due to loss, theft or any other shipping circumstances out of our control. Insurance on packages is available through the shipping company (USPS or UPS) for an additional charge. Please indicate your desire for insurance on your shipment in your international shipping quote request.

Ilium Works ships by USPS or UPS at our discretion. We ship most international packages by USPS Postal Priority Mail. USPS offers 6 to 10 day (plus customs) delivery and better rates for most international shipments than UPS.

If you prefer your shipment to be delivered by a specific carrier, please indicate your preference for USPS or UPS when you request a shipping quote and we will calculate exact shipping rates to your specific address.
